Educational Sessions

The Monday and Tuesday schedule will feature up to 7 concurrent tracks. Each track will be devoted to a specific application challenge [beverage, baking, dairy, emerging ingredients, etc].
Each track will consist of up to 7 separate 40-minute practical "how to" educational presentations. Registering early will help you attend your desired session.
