The Package Designers’ Resource Expo will host tabletop exhibitors featuring package materials, components, and services
targeting responsible/sustainable structural and graphic package design and development.

Who Should Exhibit
Companies who have package materials, components, systems that have been validated as exhibiting marketable,
value-added attributes of sustainability. Design and design-related fi rms and other sustainability-related services providers.
Exhibit Cost
$950 plus one paid Sustainable Package Design Workshop registration fee.
Exhibit Specifications
Each exhibit space includes one 6 ft. x 30 in. skirted taable, one chair, and a 5”x7” table tent sign with your company name.
Pop-up displays must be pre-approved by Packaging Strategies prior to conference due to space limitations.
Electricity, phone lines/web connections, audio-visual equipment/services, etc., may be rented directly from the hotel at the
exhibitor’s expense/responsibility. Details are provided in the exhibitor confi rmation letter.
Tabletop Assignments
Exhibit space is limited. Tabletop locations will be assigned on first-come, first-served basis approximately two weeks prior to
event. Every effort will be made to position exhibitors away from competing companies.
Exhibition Policies
- Exhibitors are required to register one fully paid attendee to the workshop.
- Additional personnel may attend the exhibit only at the cost of $100 per person. Additional exhibit personnel will only have access to exhibit hall during set-up, exhibit event, and tear-down. They will not be admitted to the workshop sessions or other networking events.
- Exhibit space must be paid in full prior to the conference/exhibit event.
- Packaging Strategies reserves the right to accept or reject exhibitors based on relevancy to the workshop.

Strategies and receive a
notification of confirmation
before 4 pm EST,
January 7, 2008. No refunds
