2008 SDM 100 Gala Sponsor Seating Policy

Sponsors will be provided a list of Dealer companies/representatives attending the Gala within 30 days of the event. Sponsors will be asked to respond by providing the names of those dealers they’d prefer to be seated with. We will do our best to honor your preferences but are unable to guarantee seating arrangements.

Renewing sponsors retain the right to sit with guests who were at their table last year, provided of course those companies/guests will be in attendance this year. Otherwise, as is the case with our new sponsors, we will attempt to accommodate your preferences to the best of our ability.

As is always the case with large social events, unexpected conflicts, emergencies, etc., can arise at any moment and affect seating plans. We appreciate your understanding and pledge to work hard to make this an evening you will enjoy.
