During registration you may have chosen to withhold permission to share your data with sponsors. However, if you choose to enter a virtual exhibition booth, a sponsor directory, a sponsored session or if you choose to interact with sponsor or exhibitor content during the event, your personal information will be shared with the exhibitor or sponsor to allow them to engage with you. If you accept a connection, vcard exchange or meeting invite, then your full contact details will be shared directly with other attendees, sponsors or exhibitors and they may follow-up and use your details for marketing purposes. You may opt-out/unsubscribe from receiving news and offers from a sponsor at any time by following the instructions in the sponsor’s communications that you receive. BNP Media handles your information as described in the BNP Media Privacy Policy. For questions about how a sponsor will handle your information, please contact the sponsor directly or refer to its privacy policy.

Show Management reserves the right to exclude or remove anyone from the virtual event who does not comply with these policies or who they reasonably consider is likely to break these rules.
